Privacy Policy
Last updated August 16, 2026
ISKCON of Silicon Valley (“ISV,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through isvfuture.org, how we use it, and the choices you have. We collect only what we need to serve our community and advance the New Home campaign.
Information we collect
When you contact us, pledge your support, or subscribe to updates, we collect the information you provide — which may include your name, email address, phone number, pledge amount and details, and any message you write.
When you subscribe to our newsletter, we also record an approximate location (city and region) derived from your internet connection at the time of signup. We do not collect your precise location.
We use privacy-friendly, cookieless website analytics that count page views and visits in aggregate. These analytics do not use cookies and do not identify you individually.
How we use your information
To respond to your inquiries and follow up on your pledge or volunteer interest.
To send you campaign updates and news, only if you have subscribed — and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used so we can improve it.
How your information is handled
We use trusted service providers to operate the site and communicate with you: Vercel (website hosting and cookieless analytics), Resend (sending and receiving email, and storing our newsletter contacts), Supabase (securely storing contact and pledge submissions), and Google Forms (recording pledge submissions). Each processes your information only to provide these services to us.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Some pages embed content from third parties — YouTube videos (loaded in YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode, which sets no cookies until you play a video) and an interactive Google Map. When you interact with these, those providers may set their own cookies under their own privacy policies.
Your choices and rights
You may unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time using the link in any email we send.
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us at info@isvfuture.org. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Data retention
We keep contact messages, pledge records, and subscriber information for as long as needed to serve you and the campaign, or as required by law, after which we delete or anonymize it.
Children’s privacy
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date above.
